Terms of Service

- **Hosted Checkout** — payment sessions for one-time purchases via Xendit (IDR) and PayPal (international)

• Subscription Billing — automated recurring billing with dunning, retries, and billing portals
• Digital Storefront — product pages, secure digital file delivery, and software license key management
• Developer Tools — REST API, CLI tool, webhooks, and sandbox environment

- Be at least 18 years of age

• Have legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Be operating a lawful business or pursuing lawful commercial activities
• Not be located in a country subject to Indonesian trade sanctions

Lawful Use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the products, services, and content you sell through Storlaunch. You must comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and the laws of any jurisdiction where your customers are located.

Prohibited Products and Services

You may not use Storlaunch to sell or facilitate: - Illegal products or services under Indonesian law - Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement - Adult content, gambling, or cryptocurrency-related services (without prior written approval) - Products subject to import/export controls without proper licensing - Any product or service that violates Xendit's or PayPal's acceptable use policies

Accurate Information

Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and refund policies to your customers. Deceptive practices may result in account termination.

Customer Data

You are the data controller for your customers' personal data collected through Storlaunch checkouts. You must have a lawful basis for collecting and processing that data, maintain a privacy policy for your customers, and comply with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).

Security

Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. Rotate keys immediately if you suspect a compromise.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes (including PPN/VAT) on your sales. Storlaunch provides invoice records but does not provide tax advice.

Gateway Fees

Xendit and PayPal gateway fees are passed through at cost on top of Storlaunch's transaction fee. Gateway fees vary by payment method and are displayed during checkout configuration.

Settlement

Funds are settled to your designated bank account according to Xendit's settlement schedule (typically T+1 to T+2 for most methods). Storlaunch deducts all applicable fees before settlement.

Disputes and Chargebacks

You are liable for chargebacks, disputes, and refunds initiated by your customers. Storlaunch will notify you of disputes and may deduct disputed amounts from pending settlements while a dispute is open.

Fee Changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing pricing. You may cancel your account before a fee increase takes effect without penalty.

Merchant-Initiated Refunds

You may issue refunds to your customers through the Storlaunch dashboard or API. Storlaunch's transaction fee is non-refundable; gateway fees are subject to the gateway's refund policy.

Storlaunch Platform Fees

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you downgrade or cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of your billing period.

Disputes

If you believe Storlaunch has billed you incorrectly, contact support@forjio.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a credit or refund if the billing error is confirmed.

Our IP

Storlaunch, its branding, software, documentation, and associated intellectual property are owned by Forjio Studio. These Terms do not grant you any license to our IP beyond what is necessary to use the Service as described.

Your IP

You retain all rights to your products, content, and data. By using the Service, you grant Forjio Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., displaying your product pages, sending your customers their download links).

AI-Generated Content

When you use the AI product page generation feature, the generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. Forjio Studio makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or free from third-party IP claims.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual license to use that feedback without compensation.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Payment processing will be available at all times (subject to gateway availability)
• AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for your purposes
• The Service will meet your specific business requirements

- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities
• Loss of data or cost of data recovery
• Damages arising from third-party payment gateway failures
• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid to Storlaunch in the three months preceding the claim

- Your use of the Service

• Your products, services, or content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law
• Disputes between you and your customers

By You

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Close Account. Closing your account cancels your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for: - Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy - Fraudulent activity or chargebacks indicating abuse - Non-payment of fees after 14 days of notice - Any activity that creates legal or financial risk for Storlaunch

Effect of Termination

On termination, your access to the Service ends. Transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by Indonesian law. You may request an export of your data before closing your account.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forjio Studio regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all our assets.
