Frequently asked questions
What's included in the transaction fee?
The transaction fee is charged on top of payment gateway fees (Xendit/PayPal). You pay the Storlaunch platform fee (2%, 1.5%, or 1%) plus the pass-through gateway fee. All fees are transparent and displayed before you go live.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What about yearly billing?
Yearly plans give you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
There's no trial period, but the Free plan lets you test everything including sandbox payments. Upgrade when you're ready to go live.
Do I need to complete KYC?
No. Storlaunch operates using owned Xendit sub-accounts. You skip the KYC process entirely — Storlaunch handles compliance. You can start accepting payments immediately after signup.
What currencies are supported?
IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) via Xendit and USD via PayPal. More currencies are planned.
